this entire topic should be moved to suppliers or manufactures area so someone can do something about this.. user error is one thing, but if they made them right to begin with no one would have to worry about it. E-cig haters will have a field day with this one.

Everyone wants a better product correct? If we point out a flaw then it's to the benefit of all. Thats how open source software is constantly improved. Input and developers working together.

I wonder if Joye would actually do anything about this... I tried emailing them once (regarding some other topic), but they never replied...

Anybody knows how to somehow (?) show this / similar posts to manufacturers or if you could actually (?) "move" it to their section, etc???

Also, if anybody's carts do NOT melt at all - please share where you got those from.

Got to make a different post, probably, to see whether 901 users have the same problem... If there are any if you here, please share your experiences.

I bought around 200 blank cartridges from Heaven Gifts, and none have melted in any way yet.

I don't really know why anybody gets melted cartridges.
But I do align mine so that the atomizer bridge slides in appropriately.

Maybe if I didn't do that I might run into a melted cartridge.
But since I do that, and since it hasn't happened, I can't really say.

i just got my 510... and after puffing on it for a while i did notice sort of a minor melting on my cart i believe (looks like a a little chipped tooth sort of, very small though)

so this is from misalignment? how are they supposed to be aligned? i thought you just connect the atomizer with the cart and that's that?

if someone could elaborate, i would really appreciate it :)

NOTE: You want to make sure that the edges of the foam are touching the edges of the cart so the foam piece will squish and hold in place not allowing the juice to flow right on threw. Push it down from the sides as shown. Do this in both directions. It should be sitting on the lip. Now add 1- drop of juice ontop and insert it on the atty and fire it up!

They don't melt this way.... but still should be a redesign or explicit instructions at least when you buy it.

how are they supposed to be aligned?
See how he has them aligned below?
I align mine 90 degrees from how his picture below shows.

Basically align it so the widest part of the atomizer briges is in the widest part of the cartridge.

I honestly don't know if this is even necessary.
But it just makes sense to do it, so I do it, and I have never had a melted cartridge.
