yeah it looks like mini MAP is the winner for a couple of reasons. First, the only gurgle issue I've had is with the XL. I spent a few hours messing around with a regular sized .8ml clearo. Stored it upside down, let it sit on its side, even gave it a vigorous shake, Zero gurgle. The XL's that I use would have gurgled to hell and leaked fluid out of both ends by then. Second the map doesn't have a whistle tip, or anything like that, and you can use your own anything.

For the MAP users, do you absolutely need a DRIP TIP on there or can you simply use one of the soft caps or the rubber tip that normally comes with ce2's?

I am into the 3rd week on the original ce2 inside my tank! :) I have NO COMPLAINTS about the map tank at all. Also should add that I clean the ce2 after every tank, and it's like brand new again.

Also, any cart with filler just cannot be smart. FIller = pain in the ...... period. The map tank rocks in every way. So you have to remember to not lay it on its side, that's ONE thing, and a small thing at that considering you will have drip-like flavor, clouds of vapor and a hassle free PV. Sounds like you have not had a good time with the clearomizers, you're not the only one. Invest $25-30 on a map and you'll never look back.

Another vote for the eGo tank, I have the MAP tank and am having to replace the inside atomizer part about once a week.

Near as I can tell you could put any tip, (that fits a regular carto), you wanna on the MAP Tank/Mini. The E2 tube stub that sticks out past the delrin cap is approx 1/4 inch, maybe a smidge more, so some kind of tip makes it easier to use. I use a Clear Shorty from CoV myself. JMHO

Nicks I've heard nothing but bad things regarding the ce2's on a 5-6v devise. That's why I like my 3.4-3.7v ego. I heard that ce2's are wicked harsh at 5v even with the 3.2, but that's what I'd suggest. If you're going to try it, try the 3.2 but don't say I didn't warn you. There are quite a few youtubers out there that compared a ce2 at high voltage to a "burnt mannequin" or worse.

I'm gonna go for the 2.8 and stick it on the ego (assuming I can get my hands on one) and get a box of 2.8 reg ce2's considering the XL's are the only ones that had leak and gurgle issues. I'm vaguely assuming that the "don't set it on its side" policy is for the full blown MAP's and not so much for minis.

I use an ego t and carry it around all day in my pocket with no problem. No leaks as of yet. I did notice that after useing a cart a few times, it tends to gurgle a little, my asumption is the needle hole wears out a little, but if you use thicker juice, you can still use them. If the gurgle continues, time for a new cart. Havnt had any problem with flooding...yet!
I also use the boge leo and like the flavor a bit more than the ego t. Blue foam works best in this. Once you figure out the size to use, no flooding or leaking either

Yeah I can't seem to find a carto that's VG friendly besides the ce2. Some people say it doesn't wick well, but it wicked GREAT, it just gurgled. I opened up a thread for that but no takers.

Guys, Gals? Any cartos with filler that are VG friendly?

Using 100% VG on CE2 v2 XL clearo with no problems so far. Apart from direct drip, this is the only method working for me.
Sidenote: 18 gauge needle is a must to refill clearo, anything smaller will not cope.

Tried PTB carts with VG, first two drags are ok, then the wicking is gone.

All done on eGo.

I know the feeling, I'll use ce2 for VG I guess, and I'll just drown the remaining cartos with dekang ry4. I don't think I can get my hands on PGA, but I can try distilled water. Not that it's entirely worth it. I'm getting sick of having to spin-out whatever juice I can and wash cartos every time I gunk one up.

Not for me .Hic-up :)

I use the 3.2ohm MAP on my 5v. It is not good with a fresh charge but I tap the button instead of holding it down and it's not bad. After an hour or so my batteries loose a little bit. I tested them at about 4.7ohms and that works for me.

Might contemplate thinning your VG stuff down, a little bit of PGA (Everclear is my choice) goes a long way.

Bump. I went with Stormy's storm tank, Sorry Bruce but I like hers a little better. Got a 2.8ohm 4ml storm tank with the blue LED. She'll ship it tomorrow and I'll get it either Sat or Monday. I can't friggin wait!!!

I have 2 mini-storm tanks 3.0ohm, and although they work well, I have had a serious issue with the tube slipping past the CE2 on the bottom, which of course makes it leak out all the juice. I have to connect the CE2 to a battery, and pull the tube up, so the edge of the tube is ~2.5 millimeters above the bottom edge of the CE2. Happens pretty much every time I fill.
