I posted this in, I think, the wrong category so I'm posting it again--never quite sure where to post about atomizers...

I'm using a lr 306 atty on an ego battery and it leaks juice like crazy--kind of a hassle to constantly wipe with a tissue. I see that Avid Vaper sells a shield--would I need an adapter?

Also: I've been working with the 306 atomizer for a week or two and it's been just okay--sometimes the flavor is a bit plastic or burnt tasting. I don't believe it is a Cisco brand--it's been suggested that the Cisco would make a noticeable difference in the taste. I'm not sure though--any other thoughts?
I have cleaned out the fibers and I'm using organic vaperite tobacco juice.

Thanks in advance

Drip Shield Cone - Avid Vaper

They don't leak a drop, and the drip well in them works perfectly. You will have the pleasure of vaping every drop that leaks out of the atty.

Even tho the site says they are made of anodized black aluminum, the finish on these is so nice that you will think they are made from delrin plastic.
I also have their eGo shield on my SB using their eGo/510 adapter (which is sealed)

My choice of atties is the 1.5ohm LR 510-T atty (with the wick plate removed) The 510-T has a perfect cup design for dripping with no bridge.
