Looking for a cigalike passthrough and atomizer...(For Dripping)

I'm looking for a little 510 cigalike (passthrough) and decent atomizer to try dripping. Everything from the eGo size devices to the little cigalikes say 510 so it's hard for me to tell which is which unless the description mentions eGo/eGo-style.

Is THIS a cigalike size?

I'm looking for a super cheap setup that gives a decent experience because I really want to try dripping and see if I can salvage this ton of juice that I currently hate. (Taste is changing like crazy) I know I can drip with my eGo batteries but I saw several warnings about atomizers killing batteries and I'd rather not go that route. Plus, I kinda like the much maligned cigalikes except for the lack of VV. Man, that would be awesome. . . a manual, variable voltage cigalike. *Sigh*

Oh... also... The various resistances. What does low versus high resistance get you? My preference is for a warm, full vape if that helps any. I'm getting constant "airiness" and it's making me want to throw all my toys against a wall. I'm like that. I'm a thrower.

If you want a warm, full vape you will want more power.
And more power comes from lower resistance and/or higher voltage.

With your Ego batteries you can use a standard 510 atomizer with no fear whatsoever of harming your batteries.
But that might not be enough power for you (2.3 ohm) unless your Ego batteries are Twists so you can turn up the voltage.

If you just have plain old Ego batteries, I would suggest 1.8 ohm or 2.0 ohm atomizers for you.
It is very unlikely they are going to hurt your batteries.

And you should have a present dripping experience.

Because it is a 3.7V device you want a low resistance atomizer. If you get standard resistance then the vapor production, taste, and throat hit will be low.

The passthrough is a 901 device that is paired with a 510 adapter. So if you want you can use 901 atomizers (which may people thing are better) as well.

You don't want to drip with an auto, as any juice that leaks down into the battery can gunk up the switch and cause it to fail. Thet might be the caution you've seen...

And if going with a passthru - doesn't that sort of negate the idea of a small cig-a-like? If you're tethered, as long as it's not too big to be comfortable, maybe something like the Itazte VV3 would do the trick for you. VV/VW, small form factor, 800 mAh, 510 and ego thread so it can take a lot of different toppers...
