After alot of price checks, I finally decided that with it's 20% discount, I would order my first eGo from Liberty Flights. With the discount, their eGo kit was several dollars cheaper than many other sites. I also purchased the eGo carry case from them.

The kit was supposed to arrive with.

2 x manual eGo 650mAh batteries
2 x Joye 510 atomizer
2 x Atomizer Cone
5 x tobacco cartridges
1 x high speed USB charger
1 x usb mains charger
1 x user manual
1 x presenation box

Unfortunately, I only recieved 1 cone and 1 atomizer. Also, the charger while it did charge the batteries, didnt seem to charge them fully. Sometimes the light would be red when I plugged in a "dead" battery sometimes it would stay green at all times. Battery life seemed to only be about 2-3 hours, whihc was no better than my 510 batteries this purchase was meant to replace.

I contacted them and described my issues. They returned my email in a timely manner stating that they believed I had indeed received a faulty charger and they would be mor ethan happy to ship me a new one. Also, the sent me the missing atomizer and cone.

I found that their resolution of the issue to really be the big deal here. We all know that mistakes happen and sometimes equipment just doesn't work and to be treated as well as I was by Liberty Flights gives me the confidence in their professioanlism I need in order to order from them again.

If you are looking for a new e cig, I can say that, based on this experience, Liberty Flights should be at the top of your supplier list.

I had the mistaken belief that Janty and Joye were the same company and thus when I ordered and quickly received a Joye product from Liberty Flights and saw it was not Janty; I PV Abe and accused him of substituting knockoffs. He messaged me back with a very polite message explaining me the relationship of Janty to Joye and assuring me that what I received was genuine Joye.

I really appreciate his help and politeness when confronted with an irate consumer who was dead wrong. :thumb:

Liberty Flights was the first company I'd ordered from outside the U.S. Used paypal for the first time too, and received a $3.60 foreign transaction charge. The order was roughly $360 so it makes sense. Probably standard procedure and I just didn't realize it. The order was perfectly filled, products are excellent, and the shipping time was great. I'll be ordering from them again.

I ordered the same kit from them as well as:

2x spare atomizers
2X spare xl atomizers
10x blank cartridges
5x blank xl cartridges

I got it all today.

The order was spot on. I got everything with the kit, including the right number of atomizers and cones.

I would also recommend Liberty Flights. $3 shipping from CA to OH and 20% off everything with the ECF code can't be beat.

Also, my kit is in mint condition and has been working smoothly so far.
