Leaving a charged battery on the charger.

Is this bad? Sometimes one of my 510 battery's is completely charged and I fall asleep leaving it on the charger for 8 hours. Can this hurt the battery? Also, does a battery slowly drain? If I took it off the charger and let it sit there for days, would the battery life slowly deplete?

Yes, a L ion battery loses charge over time, but not as fast as NiCad and NiMH rechargeables. Ideally, a L-ion battery should be stored at about 40% charge, rather than fully charged or depleted to maximize it's lifespan, but that's pretty inconvenient, so at least if you have backup batteries you're not using right away, don't charge them yet.

In your experience, do you know how much? If I had a fully charged battery and left it off the charger for 8 hours, would it still vape like a normally fully charged battery or lose a pretty good amount of vape time?

You can leave them for a couple of days without any noticeable decrease. A week later, you would lose some time, but it's a slow process.

put it this way the same type of batteries are used in allot of laptops (obviously stronger ones) and most people leave them plugged in for weeks and what not. so if u have a laptop and know about charging and over charging that then its in the same general ballpark. and like everyone says it takes a while ona charger to really hurt the battery.
