Long story short, I'm in the process of making my own juice company. Figured I'd release one of my recipes to see how the DIY crowd that feels like making it feels about it or has any suggestions
Here's my Key Lime Pie:
Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA) - 8%
Key Lime (TPA) - 6%
Bavarian Cream (TPA) - 3%
Vanilla Custard (TPA) - 2%
Vanilla Custard v2 (CAP) - 2%
Dulce de Leche (TPA) - 1%
Sweetener - 1%
If you don't have both cap & tpa vanilla custard, the 2%/2% isn't necessary... I just like certain aspects of each so I mix 'em. My sweetener is EM crystals diluted 10% into PG. Lemme know what y'all think
