The Fuchai seemed a lot flimsier to me than the Sigelei 150TC.

I love Kanger, but I would never buy a new Kanger mod on release.

Tough decision. I would choose a Reuleaux RX200 right now over both but if I had to choose, I would go with the Kanger.

+1 The Reuleaux RX200 Rocks. After 3 weeks of owning the RX200, all I can say is that I definitely made the right choice. The mod just keeps getting better every day. The more I use it, the easier it is to use and the more I like it.

Yup. I have 2 of them and they are amazing for a 200w, 3x18650, $40 mod. Best value out there IMO.

Fuchai is a lot sturdier made than the kanger at the moment....but the kanger has the stainless steel temp control option and claims to be able to utilize nichrome in temp control as well although i have heard it is pretty much useless. The deciding factor really comes down to your personal preference and the fact that the Kbox 200 has a usb accessible chip that claims will allow for firmware updates in the future, where as the fuchai does not. I have a fuchai and it is a decent device but it is about as basic as it comes to a 200w temp control device. You cant adjust watts in temp control mode, only reads nickel and titanium in temp mode. Other then that it fits very well in your hand and is solidly constructed. Had it for over 2 months now with a few drops and the paint hasnt even chipped or scratched. If you have had a kanger in the past then you may lean more towards that just due to having more experience with their screen and how to navigate their menus. But it has an aluminum case covering the battery compartment and the battery housing itself is plastic. 2 red flags as far as longevity for a device if you tend to be accident prone like myself. Those 2 devices arent the end all be all due to there being 2 other devices on the market right now right around the same price point, including the RX200 and the Cuboid. So you might want to add those into the mix when you do your compare and contrast. IF you use any atty's that have stainless steel coils then i would probably rule out the fuchai, just because it isnt an option to utilize SS in temp control mode, and with no usb port there will not be a firmware update to ever get that capability. Just my two penny's worth.

I'm surprised that this thread hasn't continued on. I was looking for a dual 18650 mod and bought the Smok Koopor Plus 200W.

I'm a 10W vaper who wanted long battery life with replaceable cells. I get full two day operation from a pair of Samsung 25R or Efest 3000mah batts.

Yeah, Efest has a bad rep for Guess What's Under the Wrap, but I must have gotten the 20A models and not the 10A rewraps that Mooch has discovered. I bought the Efests to create a matched pair when I bought the Smok from a local vendor, not wanting to pair up from my older batteries that have been used singly. My Efests match voltages at full charge and when pulled out at around 3.4v and put on my Luc 4 charger. They also give me roughly the same vape time as the Samsung 25R matched pair that I bought a few days later.

I used my kbox happily for a few months, nice and small in the hand, easy menu navigation, easy to swap batteries and looks really nice with a 22mm RDA on top. BUT, the paintwork comes off very easily which makes it look awful to look at and it is not as stated before a TRUE 200w mod, no duel 18650 mod is.
Personally I'd go for the RX200, same price range, sure it'll take an extra 18650 but I'd say that's well worth it!
Just my opinion

Can't comment on the Kbox, but the Fuchai is a solid mod. I only use it in power mode, so the lack of SS support isn't an issue for me. For what I paid for it (59.95, 2 HE4's included), it's a great value IMAO.

I wanted an RX200 but passed on it for now because it being a 3 batt mod causes more problems than solutions for me. My batteries are all matched PAIRS, and my charger is a two bay. I know it has on board charging but I'm hesitant about on-board charging 18650s, not to mention the downtime while it's charging. RX200 + 6 new batteries that need to be matched only for it, + a new 4 bay charger is quite an investment. Heh, I honestly don't need any more batteries right now, especially ones that need to be teamed up in 3's for a single mod, and I like my 2 bay Nitecore just fine.

I will jump on an RX eventually, when the time is right.

I bought a Laisimo L1 instead. Waiting for it to arrive. We shall see...

I wonder how many vapers buy a dual or triple 18650 mod mainly for vape time and not for the really high watt capabilities. I like the two day vape time from my Smok Koopor Plus 200W and seldom take it past 10W.

To get 200W with a .5 ohm coil at 6 volts, you're pulling 12A from the batteries. That's a safe range with high quality 20A batteries.

If you use a .2 ohm coil at around 6v to produce 200W, you pull 30A from the batteries. Since a series connection draws the same current through all batteries, you'd have to be REALLY careful with choosing the batteries you use and the voltage/resistance combinations.

It's not a sport for those who don't do the calculations first, even with a high watt box mod. The mod has no idea whether your batteries can take the load and could allow you to get into questionable current levels even if the mod itself can handle the current. They just top stop and cut off at various current levels, or error out below a certain resistance, depending on the specs of the mod.

I would be one of them. RX 200 and Cuboid that rarely go north of 60W, most of the time around 50W. I run my lower power tanks/cleearos on the single-battery mods I have.

I wound my first titanium coil last night on a Lemo 2. My 8/7wrap on a 3mm coil turned out to be .87 ohms. The Koopor defaulted to 200 degrees and it spit and popped and created a very warm vape. I had to raise the temp to 300 degrees to prevent it from erroring out with temperature protection. At 200 degrees it errored before I could begin to vape.

Any ideas? I'm seeing most people vaping at 400 degrees. Do I need to be at .5 ohms? Is my temperature coefficient off at 0.00035? It's set on TI and the default coefficient was originally set at .00018. I read in a post that .00035 was the right setting for titanium 1. My roll of wire only says pure titanium 28ga, 50ft.
