Just got my Ivogo mini from Angelcigs today! I soaked it in some alcohol, soap, and hot water for a little bit, then gave it a quick rinse and wipe down with a microfiber cloth. It wasn't dirty by any means but I wanted to clean it anyways. First thoughts... very well made, I don't see any defects or scratchy threads. I put a 9 wrap 28 gauge kanthal coil on it using a 2.4mm screwdriver, came out to 1.6 ohms, and then put some rayon in it. Super super easy to build on! Even easier than the KFL in my opinion. The airflow adjustment seems to be working well, I loosened mine just a teeny bit to my liking, and top filled it with my finger over the air hole on the base. No leaking at all from mine. I gave it a few minutes for it to wick and I'm vaping on it now on my Hana mini. Loving it so far!! I see myself using this a lot. I highly recommend it!

Have to agree, I think that the build is even easier than the full sized kayfun build. The only real issue is the semi broken fill valve issue but filling it with a bit of glue seems to have fixed that issue. Just wish I knew a way to resolve the initial flood issue from top filling it. Otherwise its a great RBA.

More off topic info, although I think that the Kayfun mini looks good on the Nemi (mini Nemesis). Focalecig has what they call group buy offerings every now and then. A special discount over their already cheap direct from China prices. You have to pay $2 for a tracking number, for example where normal purchases get them for free. But they can be good prices. I'll post the Nemi link, but they currently offer a copper vanilla and stainless steel panzer all at the same low price of $16.90. If the full link doesn't work just add http etc to the partial link.

Is that the inexpensive clone or did you get that from angelcigs? It doesn't look like the Ivogo because the clear section doesn't have the bulge in it. Do you have any issues with the clear section and juice feeding properly?

When you buy screws look for the cheesehead style. These have a thicker head so you're less likely to strip them. And more importantly for our use a nice flat bottom of the head which will make it easier to trap wires. If nobody responds in awhile, I'll post the size for a full sized Kayfun, perhaps the mini will take the same size. At the least, you'll know to get ones smaller ;)

i have a few extra regular sized screws from a kayfun and they dont fit. It's so frustrating cuz it literally just slips out even when tightened down. Ive tried so many times already. :(

Am i the only one having trouble getting the wire to catch and stay on securely?

Well I've had practice from building on the Fogger V4, dual coils and small screw heads. But the last time I rewicked a mini, I had one wire slip off the screw and had troubles getting it back on. But when I have a longer leg when building it hasn't been a problem.

I've worked with smaller screws too but this thing really can't grab on. If I try to keep tightening it, it slips out...and yes, I'm pulling on the wire the other way and it still won't stay. I just rebuilt it again but this time I wrapped it around the screw. Took quite a bit longer to get everything set up but at least I got it working. I think the inside threads where the screw goes in to is messed up or something. I ordered another one off angelcigs to see if it'll be easier to set up. I can't be the only one struggling on getting the wire to stay, if I am, I'm guessing the kayfun itself is defective.

Oh and has anyone been successful at getting a replacement from angelcigs?

I had no problems getting them to send me a replacement because the threads were a little wonky on the 510 connection. They did ask me to send a video of the problem but once I did that they shipped me a replacement immediately. I was very impressed.

I have 2 of the Ivogo Minis and getting the screws to hold down the wire was a pain at first. I've found the best way to do this is to simply wrap the coil wire leg completely around the screw. As soon as I realized this I never had that problem again and its how I do all of my coils now.

Sorry no idea on replacement screws, I've used 30,28, and 26 gauge on mine with no issues at all, don't even go all the way around, if your having issues though have you tried making a turn around the screws, or possibly try the spare set that come with it.

Might also look closely at the deck, make sure it doesn't have any burrs around the hole. Other then that sorry, can't help much.

Here is a shot of mine with some 26 gauge ready to be tightened down, after tightening I use the Syringe it was wound on, and position the coil, then heat and squeeze. works really well, and my favorite build with it comes in about .7 ohms!

EDIT: As for AngelCigs I've not had any issues with them for replacement of bad items, has happened to me 2x, however they have been super slow responding to recent emails, and forgot? to put a Quasar I ordered in my package, so after nearly two weeks of trying to pin the tail on the Chinese Donkey they finally shipped the rest of my order.

Funny to, I was offered a "Special" 5% off code, but I'll just use the permanent 5% off code I already have, now 10% like they originally offered would have been a nice gesture :(

I've tried the spare screws with no luck. I literally had to wrap the wire at least once around the screw. Even after tightening the screw with a screwdriver, I can still turn the screws with my fingers if I wanted to. It seems like the screw doesn't tighten very well for some reason. I've cleaned it a couple times and made sure there were no metal burs inside where the screw goes or around. Hopefully I'll have better luck the new one I ordered. Maybe the spare screws in that one can fix this one I have so this atty doesn't go to waste.

And btw, that's a good looking coil!!
