I've used all the Kanger BCC stuff and I'm always puzzled by these questions - it's never been a problem. A few possibilities:

Simply drawing on them too hard will actually go beyond the vacuum that keeps the liquid in the tank and pull it right past the wick and coil and straight up the mouth piece. Sucking on them like a straw is a bad idea.

Wrong coils: The coils for a Kanger PT/EVOD and the T3s/MT3s are physically different. Putting a PT/EVOD coil in a T3s doesn't seal properly and that results in flooding up the mouthpiece or leaking out the bottom.

Removal of the vent tube cap: That silicone cap on top of the vent tube is what seals the mouthpiece to the coil and prevents liquid in the tank getting into the mouthpiece. Some people think it's packing material and remove it. It isn't.

When I rebuild my coils in my T3s' ( for about 6 months now) I automatically push up the small plastic cap on the chimney stalk (or whatever it is really called) and when I screw it all back together, the cap seats on the tube and this has eliminated any leaking issues for me. However, as rickajho mentioned, drawing too hard can also cause excess juice to enter the coil area and cause gurgling and flooding.

plug up the mouthpiece hole with your finger when you are refilling

make sure the atomizer is completely free of eliquid when you are putting it back into the post. if the long part of the atomizer is even the least bit saturated with liquid it will gurgle when you reassemble

most importantly, check all threading when you refill. if any juice is left in any of the threads it will cause you headaches. WIPE DOWN ALL THREADS WHEN YOU REFILL!. this includes the battery threading, the base ring threading, and the tank threading (where the atomizer screws into)

i use T3's exclusively and have not had any issues. but i do all the above, plug the mouth piece with a q tip, wipe off all the threads, including the MVP2 threads, q tip the connector, i don't let the take get below 1 ml, i usually top them off when i get 1/2 tank. don't fill them all the way to the top of the tube, leave a few millimeters between the top of tube and the juice. ensure that your atty is all the way screwed in, my daughters new one was only on one thread and was leaking all over.
finally i gently blow through the mouthpiece to clear anything, then vape away. it seems like a lot but i just refilled one while typing this.
