I've just got the kanger e smart cigarette and it's my first e-cig. This has a clearomizer and I wanted to know how do I clean it since your not supposed to get any liquid in the middle tube and how long do they last before i would need a replacement. Would I be able to use it until it stopped working or is it advisable to get a new one after a certain amount of refills? How long does a clearomizer last?

What that means is not to get e liquid in the center if you do you can blow it out. It doesn't mean that it will hurt the clearo, just means it will gurgle, possibly get juice in you mouth and not vape as well. As far as cleaning, it does not hurt to get center tube wet. I use kanger t3 cartos and clean the with vodka. You can use vodka or warm water. Then let it dry. You might want to dry burn it after it is dried. You can go to you tube and search " how to clean clearomizer s ". Good Luck
Welcome , and I'll assume that you are probably using some kind of Kanger clearo . As mentioned above . the clearo comes apart , either from the topcap , as for the T2's , or from the bottom , on most of the rest . Youcan remove the little atty head and soak in some Vodka , or rinse off real well under hot water . You will probably have to take the little silicon cap off , as well as the tube , to get to where the coil is , to dry burn . Or the replacement heads are fairly cheap , and as long as you know which Kanger your using , you can go on-line and just buy a box . Then when the taste or vapor starts to diminish , you can just replace the atty head . easy peasy .
