I recently ordered a juul, and it was dead when I got it. When I first tried to charge it, the light indicator was solid red, and it stayed like that for 40 minutes. I took it off the charger to check if it was even charging, and the juul was still dead. When I tried charging it again, the light was solid white, and that’s what it’s like every time I try to charge it, and the juul stays dead. I now realize it’s supposed to pulse white until it’s done charging, which it still hasn’t done.

I’ve tried wiping off/blowing on the bottom of the juul and on to the charger, as well as all the other trouble shooting techniques I’ve seen online. I came here to see if anyone had a solution to this, thanks.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Could contact:
local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

The juul is a gas station cigalike. The delivery system is pretty weak, and it uses cartridges, which can be refilled, but it is a PITA. The Juull proprietary cartridges are filled with 50 mg/ml of nicotine salts. Many folks like them, and they do seem to be able to deliver nic satisfaction. They are also one of the most expensive ways to vape, but many folks who can afford to will use such type of mod due to ease of use.

If I HAD to go with a gas station cigalike (at least around here you can but them at certain gas stations, although I believe some vape shop probably sell them.

Well, not necessarily. I think that probably most Juuls work fine, at least for a period of time. I don't know that many folks who are using them, personally, but market share would seem to indicate that they do what they do (gas station cigalikes) pretty well. They are probably one of the most expensive ways to vape, and any person who enjoys the Juul and is doing well, I'd say keep vaping what works, but also perhaps consider other types of backup vapes, for flexibility and cost savings. The worst that will happen is you won't like them as much as you thought you might. Etc. But, I wouldn't toss the Juul out with the bathwater, if it's working (this may not be the case here, but you can warranty it). Some folks swear by them.

I don't think there's too much 'wrong" vape equipment ,it's really matter of figuring out what is best for you. Etc.

Howdy!
What is a Juul? Is it regulated mod, dose it have a removable battery, do you have a RTA or dripper?
If you haven't heard of Juul yet, you will. Hottest thing in high school right now for stealth vaping, and about to bring the wrath of Uncle (Nanny) Sam on us all.
Been reading about it in the news the last couple of months. Here's yet another headline from yesterday.
