I'm sorry... Come to think about it the caption doesn't say "milk chocolate" it just says "chocolate"; it will specify dark chocolate if it is some dark chocolate flavor. I also picked it up under VG, I assumed they had the flavor in PG too. I like VG for my flavors because I'm used to the hit from flavored tobacco being a little more mellow than the regular tobacco.
