Just bought a Smok QBox, need help with "Power Locked"

hey guys, left the shop in a hurry so didn't bother to hit it and test it out. First I had the "low ohms" then trying to fix it I ended up power locking it. Anybody know how to fix this? Clicking the reset button hasn't done anything, also powered it on and off, resetting both while it's on and off. Still not fixed.

just bought this but left the shop without hitting it. I click to hit it but get "power locked" on the screen. I tried the reset pin on the bottom but didn't do anything. I'm assuming this is a child lock that I accidentally activated. Anybody with a smok vape (assuming they use the same software) or a Q Box that knows how to unlock it?

Have you tried holding down the plus and minus buttons at the same time.?

Welcome and glad you joined. Could also try three avenues of inquiry:
Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

I tried that and nothing worked. So I turned mine off and now it won't come back on at all.

There is supposed to be a setting in the menus that you can change to turn that auto lock off.

I'm not 100% convinced it's the power button that's the problem, given what the guy tried and what happened. OP, if you have a brick and mortar vape shop near you, you may try taking it in to be diagnosed. The chip may be bad (LOL, I type mad, first) you may need to warranty it. or, it may be something simple that a vape shop could be able to fix....

i tried the soluctions they did not work then I pluged it into this windows 10 computer usb port and played with the buttions as the 1.1.1 version screen appeared and its all working now I think I may have hit the button 5 times and also the other buttons , just plug it into the computer and play with it mine works fine now l8r good luck and I hope you get no computer virus on your qbox smok
