Juices that taste weird to you.

I have went through allot of different flavors of E juice and the one juice that has a really bad after taste to me is Watermelon. The vape in is great and it tastes so nice but when I blow it out it almost seems like I bit too far into the core part of the watermelon.
Anyone else have experiences that they can share of that flavor that gives you odd or strange tastes. I do remember talking to a guy about watermelon flavor and He said it almost seemed like it tasted like soap to him.

Heh, I was actually getting on here to post a thread about certain flavors tasting weird pre-steeping.
Two that stick out, which coincidentally are similar in flavor profile, is Nicoticket Betelgeuse and Mitten Vapors Optimus Pryme. I'm thinking it's a thing with Hawaiian Punch juice...there is almost a spoiled off-ish taste and a mildew kind of smell upon exhaling.

Since Betelgeuse became amazing to me after sitting for like a month...I'm thinking MV will turn around as well.

A soap taste with fruit flavors is not uncommon. Steep the juice for 2-4 weeks. To steep, store the bottle in a cool dark place. Shake the bottle every day or so. If there is a perfumy aroma remove the cap and dropper to allow it to air out for 24 hours.

Custard, yogurt and milk flavors can be unpleasant due to Butyric Acid (BA) that is added. BA can cause it to taste like vomit.

In my early days I bought Silver Cig's "American Tobacco" - tasted like badly burned toast. It was so awful I changed the coil thinking it was burning - it wasn't it was the juice. At that stage in my journet I didn't know that you really cannot get a convincing tobacco taste.

Being a Scotsman and having paid money for this stuff I kept the jar of it I had - and recently just to see I mixed it half and half with lemon flavoured e juice. I actually enjoyed the mix and have just loaded up with the last of it this morning.

That said I'll not be buying it again!

Oddly enough, peach flavors. The only one I enjoyed was from Bootleg Vapor (highly discounted ejuice) which tasted like a peach-ring candy, rather than trying to be a real peach. I still have it in my "Liked Flavors" for my Zamplebox though...They have a metallic bite to them for me, RDA, tank, Ni200, A-1, doesn't matter. Makes my teeth wiggle, and my throat sting. Ones that are mixed with a cream, or custard seem to fair a lot better.

Also, I just pulled out Cosmic Fog's Euphoria after a month of not liking it, and it turned out to be a phenomenal cereal vape. When it was FOOB it tasted like discount cereal liquid with sour milk. Now I'd say it ranks up there with most (not all) of the premium cereal juices.

The watermelon flavors I've had taste like a Jolly Rancher candy. I have only tried ones that contain (I believe) the LoRann flavoring (dark pink, slightly sour). My gf likes those ones, but I don't care for them.

Nuts. Juices that have heavy nut flavours make me feel sick. No allergies, just not my thing taste wise.
