Argh! I am having trouble with the micro stretch. juice keeps pooling in the mouth piece and in my mouth if I don't notice it in time. The tank can be totally full or almost empty. This has always happened with the vision extremes that I have, but I'm just getting annoyed. I have a syringe by me that I use to get the juice out and put it back in the tank. I just realized that there's probably a stupidly easy way to fix this and if anyone knew, it would be you guys and gals :D

you shouldnt be getting juice in your mouth, what you should be getting is condensation and its sweet, remove mouth pesce and flick it dry., this isnt a issue for me at all but certain juices can create more cendensation then others. also makes sure to flick out any juice sittind under the mouth peace and on top of the silicone cup

i had similar problems with my micros.
i came up with a little fix for the other vision mouthpieces i posted in another thread that has worked very well for me - keeps ANYTHING (condensation or juice)(mostly) from getting out of the mp into the mouth. side effect is it then sometimes builds up inside the mp so you have to take it off and flick it out (like shaking a thermometer but dont do it over furniture or what not ;) ) a little more regular.
i will have to check and see but i dont think the micro mouthpiece is big enough to add the trap.
i need to make some more of the regular size ones tonight maybe if i get a chance i'll take pics and post a thread...

taste it, if its sweet its condensation, if your mouth peace is securely on the tube then juice shouldnt be able to get into your mouth, the mouth peace seals over the little petruding tube, and when your vaping your cooking the juice that is getting to the coil so your not sucking up juice, that would/should be condensation that is coming up and then storing into the mouth peace. which you then flick off to clean it out.

I just tasted some that I'd sucked out of the mouth piece and it tastes just like juice to me, not particularly sweet. I don't know if my mouth piece is sitting far enough down or not, to be honest. There's always a slight gap between the place where it's supposed to meet the tube and the tube. Not much of one, though. There's also a small gap between the cup seal and the bottom of the mouth piece and that space gets juice in it a lot but that'd be normal since it can go up from the side of the seal where it doesn't meet the tube. I wish the mouth pieces snapped in or something, I'm always afraid that they'll fall off (and they have before). Still, the nipple of the cup seal should be fitting snugly in the seal on the bottom of the mouth piece. Either way, not a big deal. I can flick it or suction it out.

i cant add pics or i would of this regular vision, its on its 8th fill, i flicked it out 2 times in total, im almost done with the tank, there is maybe a drop in the mouth peace in total.

on this regular vision there is a huge space in between the plug and the mouth peace

also not sure if anyone noticed but all our visions are new, they have switched to a better tube which provides even better taste.

yep

I've gotten in the habit of vaping all my clearos (top coils) without any silicone/rubber seal on top of the cup, and a carto mouthpiece instead of a drip tip

fluxos: never leak on me, but this way I get no condensation and warmer vape

iturbos/stardusts: never leak on me only when I do it this way, no condensation

visions: never leak on me only when I do it this way, no condensation

The only down side is, this isn't a pocket friendly system, and you have to make sure you don't go above horizontal.

In the case of the Stardusts especially I think the whole silicon seal/drip tip assembly is just too damn tight on the cup and wicks, which leads to juice trying to force its way through that tight space and this creates problems. With the stardust I can actually tell when its going to happen, because my drag suddenly starts to feel interrupted like there is something in the way, and then a few seconds later, voila, a drop flies down the center tube. Even without the drip tip and using the tophat/silicon, I get the same airfow interruptions, but no leaks.

Sorry to ramble, but my point to the OP was, if all else fails, just uncap it all. Tastes better, hotter, and no issues.

Just thought I'd share :)

EDIT: And I vape high VG, so this probably makes my set up more prone to thick stuff trying to squeeze through tight stuff and going boom boom

If it's relevant, I vape only Vapor Bomb juice that's 80pg 20vg but it did it with the menthol mania, too. It probably is condensation. This sucker gets super hot around where the cup is so condensation happens. I can see what I was calling juice pooled in the tip plus condensation all in it. I'll try to get in the habit of letting the button go before I finish my drag. Hard habit to break :)

I popped the tip out of the mouthpiece as suggested in one of Lord Davon's videos to test it for resistance, and got the unexpected bonus of juice no longer condensing in the mouthpiece. :) I haven't noticed the problem with the larger sizes, but it was bad for me too with the nanos (same size mp as the stretch). Not one mouthful of condensation since I removed the tips.

I leave the tips in the larger sizes, cause I am paranoid about inhaling a fuzzball, but will pop the tips from all my small visions.
