¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm not familiar with that tank but if the air flow ring on the tank is one of the types that just keeps turning with no beginning and end position, and the coil head is extremely over-tightened into the base, then holding the air flow ring while trying to unscrew the coil head will make the air flow ring turn perpetually without allowing you to unscrew the coil head. This does not mean you have to get a new tank, it just means you have to identify that this is the case and use your imagination as to how you are going to get that Airflow ring to stay put so you can unscrew the coil head.

One thing you can try is take a rubber band and wrap it around the coil head so as to allow you to get a better grip on the coil head which may allow you to get it in screwed, despite the air flow ring being the perpetually-turning type.

The real problem comes down to the extreme over tightened coil head, not so much the perpetually-turning air flow, although the perpetually-turning airflow design is a truly flawed design in this industry which would never be used for a wide variety of reasons.

Then as r77r7r suggested, you have to put something long and tough (like a thin drill bit or small screw driver) through the airflow slots so as to keep the air flow ring from turning so you can get torque and leverage to unscrew the tank. Rubber glove may also work. I used these rubber coated gloves that are sold at Dollar Tree for jobs like this. You don;t want Nitrile coated gloves as nitrile does not grip metal or painted metal very well. You want rubber/latex. Dish washing gloves would also work. Just make sure the outside of the tank is clean of liquid so as to maximize the grip.

I prefer the work gloves in the 1st link as they are easier to get on and off than dish gloves.
