Early nex week I'll have a fresh pair of the LG HE2's (that's the 3000 mah one, right?)
No, the HG2 is the 3000mAh model. The HE2s are 2500mAh. Not really much of a difference in the range that vapers use them. A bit more of a difference for flashlight users.

The HE2s are very fine batteries for vaping at 20A max current draw safely, as are the HG2s (and HE4s).

Other than the Aerotank mine has been working great also, very nice mod!
The insulator on the old school Kanger coils is pretty squishy. I bet the stiff 510 pin on the Cuboid squatted that insulator some and caused the wonky ohms....

I tried that a couple times. It might just not like Kanger bases/coils. lol
I can almost consistently get differing resistance readings with my Aromamizer on the Cuboid. The RX200 reads it at 0.33Ω as do my two TC60's; the Cuboid will read it anywhere between 0.44 and 0.32Ω. My other tanks, no problem. No discernible difference on the 510 pins on the tanks.

Currently testing battery life in my cuboid. I have three new LG HE4's, two in the Cuboid and one in a VTC mini.

Currently my cuboid at 545 seconds is at about half on the battery bars.
...
Man, those battery charge bars on the Cuboid don't look too even. That would be a bad thing.

Probably just the particular tank then? I appreciate the help! :)

Yup the battery bars are not perfectly even, hasn't been since just after I started using it. The manual claims if the difference goes over a certain amount it we give an error message. So either they aren't that far off or it's built in protection isn't working...

Anyone remember how to check battery levels?

I got the mini for the size and the cuboid for the endurance. I rarely go above 30 max watts

I'll post again with conclusions...

Early next week I'll have some fresh batteries for the cuboid and plan a careful comparison of endurance with the firing timers. Having two batteries with even voltage would matter because the mod will stop firing when the weakest battery is finished. I would happily buy a 50 or 60 watt version of the cuboid if it mean better endurance or safety. In my days in watts mode I never went above 20 watts. In TC mode I never go above 30 max watts. At some point I'm going to do a 1.4 ohm stainless build and see if that creates more firing time.

My Aromamizer also reads .25 ohms and after twenty minutes it reads .33 it's only with the Aromamizer

Silicone case/sleeve for the Cuboid, really like this a lot, doesn't attract to much lint and dust like some do but def will pick up bits here and there. The feel of this is great and I like how it protects the bottom and still stands very stable. You can still access the batteries without taking it off which is a massive bonus.

The fire button feels sooo nice now, I like it way more with the sleeve on, as do the + and - ones, some cases have cutouts for the buttons which I don't like.

I like they kept the writing on the back to match the mod, nice little touch. Another big plus, it makes the screen more square so you don't get fingerprints on it while still being able to read all the screen..

All in All nice very pleased with it..

Is that the one that you PM'd me about ? That looks nice indeed.

Got my Cuboid up and running in Power mode, with a set of brand new 25R's (the Blue ones) and am testing with a Lemo Drop with a 1.72Ω coil set to 13.5 Watts. Also testing another new 25R (bought at same time from Illumn.Com also Blue) in my VTC mini with the same Lemo Drop also set to 13.5 Watts but reads the Lemo at 1.68Ω. Both VTC mini/Cuboid set to show "Time" so that I can test them for endurance (battery Life comparison) like @sofarsogood was doing. Batteries were NIB and I did the First initial charge on my Xtar VC2 Charger. BTW, the Xtar VC4 looks really slick, I might get one of those and use it for Home, and the VC2 just for travel (I bought the 750 Mah wall plug and the VC2 at RTDVapor.Com together).
