To the few USA based suppliers who continue to make claims or references to health or better health, safety ,stop smoking or any other claims which cannot be substantiated by lab reports or medical studies, NOW IS THE TIME TO WISE UP !
As stated in this forum, Senator Frank Lautenberg has initiated proceedings which may lead to the ban of E-Cigarettes in the United States. In his letter to the FDA Lautenburg states "Manufacturers and retailers of these products claim that e-cigarettes are safe, and even that these products can help smokers quit traditional cigarettes". Unsubstantiated claims by a few suppliers are being used and will be used to justify the out right ban of E-Cigarettes in the US. By making these claims you risk your business but even more importantly, you risk the rights of those who choose to use E-Cigarettes in the United States. American form members have commenced with an effort to retain their rights. To the few suppliers and retailers who still make these claims, please help us.
