I have been vaping it for awhile with no ill effects. I think it does irritate the mouth and lungs a bit, but nothing to be too alarmed about. If you are willing to try a little DIY I recommend Flavor Apprentice Cinnamon RedHots flavor at 10%. I can't stop vaping this stuff, its my all day vape. It tastes just like redhots. I would imagine this is the flavoring most of the suppliers are using for redhot flavors. The sample I got from crystal clear vaping tasted just like my DIY.

Cinnamon is been used for centuries as a herbal type remedy for many conditions, with studies
that show it could possibily help with diabetes and blood pressure.

I do not know whether or not "vaping" cinnamon is healthy or not -- However, I can atest to taking Cinnamon and it's very positibe effect on my A1C count and cholesterol levels . . . FYI, for anyone interested: Taking a quater teaspoon of cinnamon after every meal (mixed with anything enjoyable) or at least 1000 mg in cap form 1 in the morning & then NIght, along with 2 caps after every meal has lower both numbers quite conciderably and has helped me since I started over 4 years ago , , , BTW, you can get Cinnamon in cap form in almost every drug store or health food store . . .
