Is vaping at 30 watts with a 0.4 ohm coil safe?

i set up a duel coil rig with 26 ga kanthal. I have a 0.4 ohm reading which is what i wanted. I am new to vaping so i was wondering if vaping at 30 watts with a 0.4 ohm coil is safe.

.4 ohm at 30watts is going to require about 3.5 v/ 8.75 amp draw - what kind of mod/ battery are you using?

use 3mg nicotine strength.
