I screwed up my own order (selected wrong nicotine strength) after business hours of course. I noticed it on my confirmation e-mail, so I sent an e-mail right away. I expected to have to follow up myself the next day to make sure it got updated, but an hour later Jennifer e-mailed me back (at 10pm her time) stating she already too care of it! AWESOME! I ordered a Naturals 5 bottle "sampler", an Original 5 bottle "sampler", and 30ml 24mg Spearmint with caffeine (really excited for this one!). Even if the juice isn't as good as the service, I think the service might make up for it lol!
