Hi all! 1st post so be gentle :) I have a Tececig (kinda like this one 801 E-Cig White Rechargeable Battery - Automatic )
and the battery is 180 mah I think which only lasts a few hours. I upgraded to the Vapor King Storm Vapor King Storm 2.0 - Starter Kit Vapor King Storm Starter Kit [] - $89.95 : Vapor King ® Official Home Page | Electronic Cigarettes | Vapor Cigarette | Electric Cigarette which is much better but I don't get the flavor that I had from my smaller e-cig. Using cotton gets more flavor than tank....not sure.

So my question, is there a bigger battery I can use for my cartridges? The only thing I found was this: GEORGIE - Battery Kit! 650 mAH - 1 Free Refill Pack but $40 I thought was kinda expensive....maybe not. Thanks!

Hi Sully...so you basically moved on to the ego-t type ecigs, rather it's a C, and have lost the flavor u used to love so much in your 801...guess what, that's exactly what happened with me initially...just curious, are you by any chance vaping menthol (or any other clear juice)? if yes my next post will be much longer :D

Be aware if you look at 510 class ecigs that eGo batteries come in 3.4v and 3.7v varieties. The 3.4v is regulated and the 3.7v is not. 3.7v supplies a more flavorful vape with more vapor. You might be happier with a variable voltage battery that allows you to dial in the vape you want from the atomizer of your choice. The Twist goes from around 3.2v to 4.8v. Some go to 6v.

Batteries are eventually expendable and cartomizers are a consumable item with ecigs, so once you become intimately familiar with how vaping works and what's available, you will begin to buy batteries for their performance specs and cartomizers/atomizers for their flavor and vapor production.

510 thread is by far the most popular and the thread with the widest variety of options. Don't feel bad about having to purchase again and maybe again to get what you really want. We have all done this in our search for the best vape. When you consider how much you spent buying cigarettes, ecigs are cheap in the long run.

If you like the 801 atomizer, as Hoosier said, there are sources for 801 products, but almost everyone supports the 510 thread. It's only a matter of a battery change to get there, should you decide to in the future, and we all need backups.

Save some strength in your fingers my friend b/c I do not vape menthol. I'm more of the fruity blackberry, peach type. But yea, those tanks take out all the flavor my cotton cartidges had. I even tried different e-liquid vendors: Backwoods Brew, ECBlend, and the kiosk at my mall. So same thing happened to you?

Yup..the same thing, what i figured was, that the ego-c/t type attys are more powerful than the 801s or even the 510 cig alikes and generate more heat , which in turn burns up the flavor in some juices , in my case it was the menthol, which is best when vaped cool with a moderate draw. I can understand you looking for a bigger batt for ur 801 carts...but why not go for some carts/ clearos instead, since you already have a bigger battery, that ways it will be cheaper too. So if you feel this is the case with you as well, go for some bottom coil clearos in the 2.4-2.6 ohm range, with your storm.
