I'm wondering if anyone has been on Element vape today and purchased anything? I have a store credit from a return item and I've been trying to access it but when I go to the usual link it says they're working on the site however I can access it through Facebook and on my computer just not on my phone. I don't want to attempt to purchase again and have the money held by the bank until it's released or whatever again

I have no problem going to it from my computer. I don't use my phone for buying so I cant tell you from that side.
I guess I'm just going to have to wait even though I can get the site up on a lot of different forms even on Firefox I can get it I feel like it's not the real site like almost like it's a cached version or something

I don't know I just went back to check for you and I was able to add something to my cart so that leads me to believe it's not a cache. Now I'll get an email asking me to checkout

On my phone, for the last couple of days I got a “down for maintenance” notice but this morning I can get in.
Thank you everyone for checking it out for me I'm still getting mixed results I can get on it pretty much on my computer 100%, I can get on it on my phone through Facebook I can get on it through Firefox and I can get on it through a review site where they asked me to review a product that I purchased however when I try to get it on my regular Google Chrome browser on my phone I can't get through. I wish I knew more about technology I really want to get this purchase done because rewards points don't hold any actual tangible value. Not this particular site but I have heard of people that had rewards points and the rewards points disappeared for whatever reason and they were told tough luck it was just a reward point it doesn't have value but in this case it should have value because it's how I got my refund. Now my husband's souring on the entire online purchase thing... he knows it's his bank holding things up as far as releasing the charge it's not element Vape they never receive the information when I got the error message I looked up what it meant though I forget what it was called now of course and it pertains to the retailer site which of course happens however there's no real way for me to know if it's going to happen again so I guess I need to wait until he calms down

okay - well I'm able to access the site on my phone (Android) using Google Chrome..
So whatever is causing you to be unable to access the Element website has got to be on your end.
Try clearing your cookies, and clearing out your cache.. then turn your phone off for a couple minutes - remove your battery.
Then turn your phone back on, and it should be accessible for you. If not then you've perhaps gotten a nasty bug.
I got a nasty bug once - had to completely reset my entire phone back to factory settings and begin again fresh.. Hopefully you didn't get a bug..
Well it's back up on everything for me. It turns out apparently that my phone has two versions of a Google search engine I thought both were Google Chrome apparently they share cash and search information but it seems like when I cleared my cache a from one it didn't do it on the other one which was the one I was trying to use so about an hour ago I went through everything and cleaned it up going back 4 months well past when any issue occurred and now I'm in it's working like a charm I think it was just showing me an outdated version of the site where it was still down I don't know if any of that's possible I don't know if any of that even made sense I just know that that's what I feel happened from what I was looking at but it doesn't matter because I'm back in now it's just a matter of convincing my husband that it's perfectly safe to give it a go. Probably based on United States laws you have to spend at least a dollar along with your store credit

According to U.S. law they cant give anything away for free - however, you've already paid money for whatever item you get, so they aren't giving you anything.
Many (most) websites don't allow points to be used for shipping, so you'll likely have to pay for that...
