Many natural therapists & naturopaths use the study of the iris of your eye to identify possible health issues. The idea is that your iris would normally be fairly clear of spots, patches etc and where any irregular feature exists in the iris, it corresponds to an area/organ of the body. I am open minded about such things; neither believing or disbelieving in iridology. There used to be some quite dark spots and some small brown bits in the area corresponding to lungs. I kept an eye (ha ha accidental pun) on the darkest spot, worrying it meant the dreaded C.
So why am I talking about Iridology? Yes, it is vaping-related. The other day I was using a magnifying mirror to apply eye make-up and I happened to look at my irises. After 11 months of vaping instead of smoking, the spots in the area relating to lungs have now disappeared. Gone. There is just my clear, blue irises. Interesting, eh?
Now I just have to work on those spots relating to the liver...
