Intellicig Does NOT Care About Customers

Intellicig announced a 100 sample pack giveaway. They emailed me and told me that I needed to only pay shipping costs. I paid them the $4.88 shipping cost on January 14th and still have not received the sample packs. I have emailed them 3 times and not once have gotten a response. After reading other comments on here, I am not the only one that has not gotten the sample packs. This does not speak well for their customer service. This is very unprofessional and not a company I would want to purchase from in the future. How hard is it to respond to an email?:(
