If you were a stress smoker, inhaling is important. It mimics deep breathing exercises they teach for stress management (though with analogs it really is just a trick of the body because the point of deep breathing is to increase your oxygen supply). Oddly enough smoking teaches almost the same breathing techniques.

DOH! I learned that years ago, and will reapply that knowledge to my breathing. vaping is cool and all, but it still isn't healthy, meaning natural. I am using it to get off of cigs, not start a new habit even if it is better than cigs. It's like the alcoholic who drank whiskey every night for 20 years going to light beer. It is better for them, but still shouldn't be the end goal. Too each our own tho :)
