Buying the same eliQuid in 18, then mixing 1:1, would get you to 12. An excellent option.
Otherwise, with the 50 mg/ml unflavored, 1 part 50 mg to 7 parts 6 mg will get you 8 parts 11.5 mg, plenty close enough to 12 mg. Just make sure to shake it well, to mix it. The cut is fairly small, I would likely use the pg unflavored just because it is simpler to work with, to accurately measure and mix.

Here's a good calculator. Under "tools" is a nic combine section. I believe 1.8ml of the 100mg/ml for a 30ml bottle. Please doublecheck with others before trying this. And please practice to come up with the same numbers as others have told you.

Edit- Someone please check my numbers?

The suggestion of buying the same juice in 18mg and mixing it 1:1 is the only plan that doesn't risk ruining the flavor.
Buy 120 ml of the same juice at 18mg and mix. Sounds easier and will keep the flavor.
that's true but i live in india and cannot get the same juice.
all of my friends visited india recently
so i need to wait for at least another 5 months
this is all because the USPS shipping prices are too high to india almost 40$
at what ratio i should mix 100mg/ml nic to 6mg juice to yield 12mg strength?
