I did not get any. The atty was still soaked with vg at the time I dont think the atty gets so hot as to burn the alcohol of so just adds to the party. I tried lemon juice fresh squeezed that was the same. Diablo loco chilli works but is a ..... to get the level to little no hit to much and tastes well of chilli and spoils the other flavours. So far I got pineapple to taste good I will grab it and have a go as it has time to steep

Loco is hot and if you forget to drip you know about it. Was looking at a post about 0 zic throathit in the juice section and qhit seems to have some fans. I will give it a go but as I remember it is not so strong so costs a small fortune. The pineapple mix is a bit to chilli tonight. I added loco in tiny diluted amounts last night and tried it along the way. I am guessing my throat/taste got graduly used to the chill and time has let it mix. It is ok but got a good chilli whack in with the fruit flavour. I Must try harder with the next mix.

any luck finding an alternative yet? I am curious about this too. I really would like to reduce my nicotine intake but I hesitate as the throat hit is nearly as important to me as the nicotine. Maybe more so. I don't think I could do without a decent throat hit and even with LR atomizers and high nicotine (100% PG for better TH) I sometimes find myself still wanting a better TR.

I have not read the whole thread.

Have you already tried Flavourart QHit and FreedomSmokeUSA Pepper eliquid?

Or flavors with built-in throat sensations like mint, menthol, cinnamon, ginger, other spices, liquor flavors

Your other option is an ecig that can create more heat - either a fat battery unit with LR attys & cartos, or a high voltage mod

Denying health insurance for a positive nicotine hit is pretty lame. We already pay higher rates even for vaping, which I'm sure leads to longer life than tobacco cigarettes.

We have companies signing on to the trend of denying employment to those who test positive for nicotine. I guess the CEO of a company will have to experience the hassle of testing positive after second hand smoke or the nicotine in his last night's supper before the health insurance bullies will go away.

This is just more reason to expand the knowledge to everyone you know about Ecigs and the difference between nicotine and carcinogens. I suspect that a test for carcinogens would kick most everyone out of insurance coverage. They don't do that, so they test for the next easiest thing, nicotine. Wait until the affordable genetic predisposition test is developed. Then you will be rejected based on family genetics! (only the strong need apply)

I do think this is pretty stupid, but i'm guessing that they decided that testing for blood CO/CO2 would leave out the users of smokeless tobacco[/t], which has the same tobacco carcinogens...

But testing for nicotine then includes us and the users of other NRT solutions, which is not right.

While both solutions are very hit-or-miss, if they don't want to be wrong and be sued, they should combine #1 (CO/CO2 test) with testing saliva and cheek cells (just running a Q tip inside the mouth is enough for a sample) for traces of tobacco...
