Igo-w3 since it has adjustable air flow and has the ability to grow with you as your building skills grow as well. I suggest start out with single coil builds and as your devices allow it you can progress to dual, quads and everything in between.

as far as supplies for building you will probably want to have 28 or 32 gauge to start out with. They are the most common sizes, I get mine from ebay or amazon from a seller named lightningvapes. With drip atomizers you can get silica to start with or use cotton balls from cvs, for the wicking material.

I recommend the IGO-L and 30 or 32 gauge Kanthal with your choice of silica wick or cotton (organic sterile cotton from walgreens, cvs etc)

Do not get excited about building subohm coils for cloud chasing - I can get as good of clouds at 2 ohms with my regulated apv @ 10 watts as I can at .7 ohms on my mechanical (and not have to switch to fresh batteries nearly as often) without a burnt taste - multiple coils are will create bigger clouds but take longer to heat up - larger gauge wire (smaller #) will build lower ohm coils but also take longer to heat up

I buy wire from temco off of ebay (free shipping), cotton from drugstore, silica from house of vapor - 1 or 2mm and may double, triple or quadruple it Bulk Silica Wick

Igo-L - most all vendors are the same price range but if you are going to get wick you may as well get it here also - iGo-L

I'll let others chime in with places to buy RDA's but the absolute best place to buy wire is from Temco.

100 Feet of wire for around $5 with fast free shipping is hard to beat.

I usually have 28, 30 and 32 gauge on hand for various applications and builds.

If you need to buy silica, pbdragon is hard to beat. It's good quality with no weird smells or tastes and you can buy by the foot. I usually use 100% natural organic cotton balls now.

Finally, I started with an IGO-L RDA, it has a nice large deck for easier building, plus a decent sized drip well to catch those overdrips without making a mess. You can get one here in the US for around $12. I still use it, it's a great little dripper.
