This should be contest of what is better a dripper or a tank? Both have the pros and cons.

Bottom line is

The IGO-L doesnt have to worry about wicking because its a dripper, but you have to constantly drip.

With the AGA t2 you dont need to constanly drip, but you need a wicking material with great capillary action.

I have both of these and they both serve there purpose VERY well. (If you have a drill and drill bit). For the price, a stainless steel piece of equipment with good machining, they can be beat. Just now looking to buy extra top caps for both so i can experiment with air hole sizes and configurations.

Been searching the differences, pro/cons and whatever that can be helpful in understanding which one is a better option. So let the fight begin ... ROUND 1 ... FIGHT!! :D

This is going to be fun. If anyone has used any dripper atomizers, please list pros and cons. Also, please declare a winner out of your comparison, which one you prefer out of the drippers you are comparing. If you want me to add more drippers in the table below, please let me know. I will add them in the "dripper wars" :)

Update: I will keep updating this first post so that it gives a clear picture of the wins. Also, will keep adding PROs and CONs after the table. The points in the table below show the number of people recommending a device.

Dripper TypePoints
AGA T22
iGO-L1
Nimbus0

AGA T2 PROs/CONs
Doesn't leak if kept upright. Has a tank system to carry more liquid. Any extra juice just flows into the tank. Vapor tastes great.

iGO-L PROs/Cons
iGO-L has the best vapor production and vapor tastes great. Easy to recoil. Dry hits are not harsh.
Can burn eLiquid if vaped too long. No tank system. Leaking issues if the air hole is not covered.

From my sub ohm vaping experience:

1.) Igo-W (nimbus clone)

2.) AGA-T2

3.) Ithaka

4.) IGO-L

* The Aga-t2 would be in first place if I didn't have to mod it out to run dual wicks & dual coils. On the AGA-T2 the slot for Silica, I drilled it out with a 3/32 bit. With that Silica post drilled out, I can easily drop a SS Mesh wick down it. I also have the second SS mesh wick running down the original mesh wick hole. I run my AGA-T2 at .4 - .6ohms everytime. I also drilled out the air hole on the cap to 1/8.

To all people wanting a dual coil setup for the AGA-T2, I will be posting a video soon on how to do it. What pushed me to run dual coils on my Gensis style atty was the IGO-W. The IGO-W in my mind was one of the best and easiest attomizers to use if you're interested in running sub 1.0ohm setups. If you vape over 1.0ohm, don't bother with this setup, there are easier setups more geared for beginners/people who like the normal 1.3ohm - 2.5ohm setups.

For all my devices I use 28 gauge Kanthal. The AGA-T2 I think, could be one of the best RBAs on the market if they would make a few changes to the atomizer. First, they need to make a better center pin setup, both coil's positive end around the center post can be difficult at times. Check out Vapelyfe's RBA rebuild video, they did a modification to their AGA-t2 that involves a spring from a ball point pen, and a small washer, making it much easier to get the positive wire around the center post.

I love vaping at .4ohm - .6ohm, but sometimes while at work, constantly re-dripping juice can get annoying. This is the reason why i bought an Ithaka and an AGA-T2, I want a setup that allows for dual coils, but also has a tank system so I don't have to re-drip. The ithaka is an amazing device, and for $220.00 (it better be good). However, Clouds of Vapor / GG really needs to reach out to the creator of the Zapper or the TSAF/TSAF+ and start selling those devices WITH the Ithaka. The TSAF & Zapper are mini wire welders, which if you're familiar w/ the ithaka, you need to weld non-resistance to normal resistance wire. This is the reason this device is at #1 in my opinion. Royal pain in the ....

The IGO-L is just below all these devices for people vaping below 1.0ohm - if you don't care about sub ohm, or have no desire to give it a try, maybe this device will be great for you. Why have only 1 negative post when you could have 2 negative posts with the IGO-W - in my opinion, there's no reason to buy the IGO-L when the IGO-W pretty much costs the same. The devices preform exactly alike. The IGO-W is better suited for 2x coils. Since the IGO-W is identical to the Nimbus - I have to say I disagree with the thread creator's comment about "can burn liquid if vaped for too long". That's just a beginner's mistake. Chances are he/she doesn't have enough wick, or not enough juice... and if that's the case - welcome to dripping atomizers. I cut out 8 1 inch strands of 3mm silica, 4 strands per coil. I wrap it 3 times, 3 full revolutions, coming out to roughly .8 - 1.0 per coil, paralleled it comes out to .4 - .5 ohms.

All in all, if I could only have 2 atomizers, I would carry the IGO-W and AGA-T2.

this is weird... how is the iGO-L higher than the Nimbus?

Nimbus has greater vapor production, greater flavor, doesn't spit back hot liquid, can hold more liquid before it leaks than the igo-l and can easily accommodate a quad coil.

The iGo-L is a fantastic beginner dripper (or backup once that beginner moves on)... it's easy to set up and inexpensive...

But this is kind of like comparing a Honda Civic to Ferrari.

Then, it's a pretty damn poor clone of the nimbus...

It doesn't look like it, doesn't work like it... the only thing it has in common is 3 posts.

That's like saying an AGA-T is a clone of a ZAU

Yes the iGO-W is a 3 post dripper, but the similarities end there, really.
