i need your help to determine which percentage of every ingredient?

it's my firt time to DIY
and i need to make 4 new liquids

1: TFA - Tiramisu
TFA - bavariab cream

2: TFA - Cheesecake (Graham Crust)
TFA - Blueberry wild

3: TFA - Pie Crust
TFA - Peanut butter

4: TFA - Waffle (belgian)
TFA - Butter
TFA - Pecan

also in need to add (TFA - Sweetener) and (TFA - Ethyl Maltol) to the four of them to make them smooth and kind of sweet without changing the flavor.
what is the average percentage of every ingredient.

Helpful list, but hard to read in that format. I created a new google sheet and imported it so I could read it easier and add my own notes. If you want to do the same, just create a new google sheet, paste the following into the first cell, and hit enter :

There's also a ratio guide somewhere but I can't find it now - I have part of it that I copied to my computer because it applies to nearly every recipe I make and looks appropriate for your needs, so here it is (I think this came from Bill's Magic Vapor, but memory fails me...)

Sweeteners - 7%
Primaries - 7-13%

Danish

Vanillas and Creams - 6-8%
Sweeteners - 4-8%
Primaries - 7-13%
Secondaries - 3-7%

Creams

Sweeteners - 5%
Primaries - 7-13%

Pies
