Any recommendations? I'm looking at sub-ohm tanks and would like one with the air vent thingies at the top. All my kanger toptank minis leak out the bottom air vents.

I've mainly been looking at the aspire revvo or the smok tfv8 x baby beast brother. No real reason I've centered on these two other than top air vents and price.

Can anyone point me towards a decent tank that won't cost my first born child? Right now I've been swapping out a kanger toptank clone and a smok baby beast. The smok works much better imo. More and cooler vaper. Don't know if it makes a difference but the Pegasus can go up to 70watts.
Thanks for any help since I'm pretty lost.

A long lost cousin put you in the Will for an aspire Pegasus?
No my niece got in a horrible car accident last year and her mother just found her vape and gave it to me. Bad way to get one but my niece is alive and wanted me to have her vape.

Pegasus is a 70w mod 22mm deck. with a single battery.. make sure you don't buy a tank that you have to run over 50w or you battery life will awful..
It was originally designed for the Triton mini, but maybe a Mello 3 with a .5 ohm coil might be an affordable option for sub ohm. They are like $20 or so..
Its bottom airflow but does not have any leaking problems + it takes soo many different coils from many different companies to chose from.
Just an idea to look into.

Yes, I have a Pegasus mod in my vape closet. It's not a very powerful mod and was not designed for DL vaping (I have one, that I probably need to start using a bit, given it can't sit around in my vape closet forever, I just liked the look of it and Aspire's stuff and it was deeply, deeply discounted.)

It is really designed for MTL vaping though, at 70 watts, if you vape high wattage you are likely going to get poor battery life and may overstress the mod's battery, so proceed with caution.

I'm sorry to hear about your niece.

Does it make a difference if I get the 4ml or the 2ml Mini? Also is there a reason I'd want .5ohm coils? What wattage would I vape at? I warned y'all I was a newbie lol
The tank we found on the Pegasus was fused to the mouthpiece. We don't think it's worth salvaging as we doubt my niece was vaping eliquids at 420 if you get my drift ;)
