I get these in all parts of my tanks. The latest one was inside the tank. Took off the tip of an iClear 16 and one fell out. Mostly get them in this area.

The space between the battery and tank. Earlier today I cleaned out a bunch of gunk from the same area on one of my cartos.

Not sure the blend ratio of the juice. Get it from a B&M. Because its on both cartos and atomizers, I know it's not the setup. It seems to happen more on fruit flavors. The only constant I can think of is that it kind of seems to happen more with tanks that don't get used that often. I have 12 tanks in rotation with different flavors in each. So some get used more than others.

Just wondering if anyone else gets these or knows anything about them at all.

When I first got one I put it in my mouth to see if it would dissolve, it didn't. Got that one in a glass of water now. I'll report if it does.

They are hard as rocks and perfectly round. And are the color of whatever juice is in the tank.

Just thought of this. They never appear in the tank of cartos. Just the tank of clearos. And only in the batt connection area of the cartos, but everywhere of the clearos.

Maybe it's vapor condensing. Because vapor never gets sucked in the carto tank, but you can see vapor going into the others when I take a couple big drags on a clearo.

i think its plastic. what ever it is, its not a product of your e-liquid. not sure what its doing there... but it looks like an Airsoft pellet...

I have never heard of this before. I'm baffled too but like stated before maybe someone is playing a joke on you. Are there airsoft guns in the house or any plastic pellets like that in the house? I've never heard of eliquid balling up like that.

Haha, and no, sir. Just me and my gf. I'm wondering if it's the B&M's liquid. They make some, but mostly get it from a supplier in the area. The thing is, I trust the B&M. I've got a friend that works there, I go and chill with one of the owners. Gave him my iClear 30S cause he's that cool. They've been in business for a while now, and they've been vaping for an ever longer while. Really believe in the stuff. I can trust that they don't use just any old junk to make juice.

It doesn't affect the vape, so not worried about it being something of harm, just really curious as to what it is, and if there is a way to stop it from happening.

Were there any of these little balls in the packaging, or in the juice bottles you have? Could they be something used to help the juices mix together? Seems like I've seen those in bottles of nail polish before....Maybe you should try to contact the maker and ask them about it....

the OP is saying the balls are the same color as the e-liquid in the tank every time... this is a bit concerning because it tells me the ball is made from a porous material. it could be leaching whatever its made of into the e-liquid.

They're a lot smaller than a pellet.

Maybe 1.5 mm dia.

Just put a drop next to this one and the pellet is darker. The liquid looks darker, the same as the color of the ball when it is in the bottle. First time I've looked at it dripped on a white background. Maybe it is silica.

From this point forward I would be very observant about the clearos you use, and make sure before you fill them up that they don't already have any of these balls in them. Also make sure there are no balls in the juice bottles. Should be able to narrow down pretty quickly if they are forming from the juice(which I doubt) or not. If they keep appearing afterwards you'll then have to decide if it's the juice(which I doubt) or maybe your girlfreind is upset with your new found hobby. Would'nt be the first time.

I can completely rule out my gf. She's actually proud I quit smoking and vapes herself. And the tank it came out of tonight was one of hers. I picked it cause it was close to me to try out a new tip I got to see if it would fit on an iClear 16.

The thing about the tanks is I think they switched to knockoff 16s. I know the genuine iClear 16 has a black tip no matter the color of the tank. But they started selling ones with tips the same color as the tank. I'm thinking it might be the knockoff clearo iClear 16. Maybe they are loose in the factory and getting in that way. hmmmmm idk

so the desiccant i have is pharmaceutical grade "Molecular Sieve". i store it in an air tight jar. already seeing a change in color but its not the same color as the e-liquid. the liquid is bright red but the desiccant is turning burnt orange / yellow to brown... im thinking you got a chuck of desiccant stuck inside the tank. do you wash everything out with hot water before you use it?

i wash everything i get with lots of hot water before it use.. does not matter where i got it, it all gets washed. even coil heads. i pull of the tops and look inside, and rinse them. with EVOD heads i pull the flavor wicks out and set them a side and rinse it. then i hold the flavor wicks with tweezers and rinse them off as well. i let everything air dry for a few hours before i try to use it.
