How much do you vape?

I just started vaping last week and was only using about 1ml 12mg nic a day but was still wanting ciggs. But I didnt know what was too much how oftn I should do it. At this point I figure however much is gonna keep me from the ciggs is good enough. Also went to 24mg nic level. So far today in the last 5 hours ive gone through about 2.5mls. Definitely alot more but no ciggs
on an RDA i do about 15 ml in two or three days if i am some what conservative. But with a tank system (Nautilus) i do maybe 2 ml in a day but i only use that tank when i am driving or at work so less than that sometimes.
Since dropping my nicotine from 24mg to < 1mg I have gone fro 3-5ml/day to <1ml/day.
Reducing my craving for nicotine has also reduced how frequently I vape.

Hi again I am using the egot ce4 as i smoked menthol 1-1/2 pk/ day they suggested 24 mg is that too high if it gives you a sore throat?
I vape about 2ml a day, still havent switched over 100% - My current setup is a DNA 30 clone + Naut Mini at 13 watts (1.8 ohm coil)

24 to 1mg took me ~6 weeks. That may be too steep a drop for some, but my body adjusted quickly so I just kept going.
2-3 ml daily at 12 mg while at work. Less if I'm in my woodshop and distracted.
Exception - I found Lick Vapor-Luscious and would have sworn I was drinking it. Very sweet, but delicious and I had to put it aside before I became overwhelmed!
I started at 24 mg and over-nicced a few times! Took me a while to find the sweet spot after leaving analogs.

thank you the company i purchased my starter kit from recommends going down 3 mg each time does that sound right?
3mg sounds reasonable. I dropped 5mg/week, then started halving the dosage.
The first day of dropping a nicotine level I vaped a little bit more, but by the second day I felt comfortable with the lower dosage.
Listen to your body. It will let you know how fast or slow to go.

I vape between 2 to 4mL per day, best I can tell without actually measuring it out. I bounce back and forth (and mix) mainly 2.4% and 3.2%. I have had days where I vaped over 15mL (of 3.2%), which I only know because I opened and finished the bottle the same day.
I have no intention to really lower my nic%, but I would like to vape less overall. I haven't had an issue when I wasn't able to vape except during my first month where I may have stealth vaped a few [dozen] times [a day] if I was out and about.
