How many times have you accidentally turned your tank upside down, and other blunders?

I also have a habit of unscrewing the base from the tank instead of the base from the battery.

My neighbor told me he had done that one or twice. I'm certainly glad that I haven't lost any juice yet, although now that I've said that..

Haven't dumped a tank, but the other day I was moving some liquid from a 30ml LDPE bottle to a 15ml LDPE needle nose bottle. The 30ml had one of those really restricted tips so I was squeezing the crap out of it to get the liquid out, when BOOM! The dropper tip shoots off the 30ml bottle sending liquid flying directly at the leather recliner! 10ml of 12mg juice pouring down my hand and another 10 splattered on the rug and chair! Fortunately I washed my hands immediately, and the splattered juice came off the recliner easily with the help of a wet washcloth.

Not fun at all, but at least I learned my lesson without paying a heavier price (a drop of splatter JUST missed my eye). Gloves are your friend when working with DIY ejuice, I used to reserve the gloves for working with the 100mg/ml base, but I think I'll err on the side of caution from now on.

The art of focusing attention to the task at hand...

I admit I've forgotten to remove the base on a protank II and proceeded to fill the base with juice wondering why the tank wasn't filling up... or using a bottle with a needle top and pouring juice down the center chimney into my lap. Thankful I'm a fast learner and not a repeat offender.

watching tv , decided to swap kayfuns so casually unscrewed the tank, err well not the whole tank but everything above the deck = lap full of juice!
other time , kayfun again, decided to syringe refill without taking the fil screw out first, amazing how much flooded down my arm before i noticed,
Obviously i did the right thing and had my self rushed to hospital in both cases:p

Most of the time, I use juices that come in plastic squeeze bottles. But sometimes I treat myself to some of the premium juices that come in glass bottles with eyedrop drippers. I have a horrible habit of not putting the cap back on my bottle after filling a tank because I'm usually juggling bases or fillhole screws. You would think I'd learn my lesson after knocking over and spilling three nearly full bottles of Castle Long Reserve, but...

I came close to doing that. It had a nice wobble but luckily didn't fall over.

I need to get more organized with this. When I was making my first batch of juice I had all the bottles I needed open on the counter. Towards the end I got a phone call, then couldn't remember if I added one of the ingredients. I just assumed I did and it came out ok.
