How long will 30mL last?

It depends. Some people's drags are deep lung hits, while others are smaller puffs. It really depends on the user.
I'm a chain Vaper. I go through 12ml or more a day. So for me in less than 3 days that would be gone. Many use 4 to 5ml a day. So if you are like most, then 30ml would generally last 5 to 6 days. That's a guess.

30mls lasts me about a week or so. And on a side note you.can't vape wattage mode and voltage mode at the same time its either one or the other. =)
As many have said the variables are too numerous to answer. I can tell you as a former pack a day smoker who has been vaping for a lil over three weeks, I am going through about 3 ml a day using an aspire nautilus and a Vamo v5

Seriously, there are so many variables you cannot get an exact answer for that, or even close. How much/how often you vape, the efficiency of whatever clearo/carto/RDA you use... it all factors in.
An average user with what I presume you are using - the clearos that came with the VV - will use up to 3 ml's a day. If your clearo has graduated markings on it that will help you figure out how much you are using on a daily basis.

It lasts me 4-5 days I go through my ADV which I can only purchase in 30ml bottles I will go through 4-5 a month depending upon how stressed etc..I am!

I'd wager between 7-9 days if you're vaping around 3-4 mls a day. Mark the day on the calendar when you open your bottle and vape away.

30ml would last me 10 days to 2 weeks.
100 drags doesn't sound like very much to me, the counter on my MVP goes way past that in a day. But I take short puffs rather than long drags.

A university did a study and it takes over 3,000 licks to get to the center. Lol rhetoric I know just had to interject that bit of info
So far my 30mL bottles of Halo's Turkish Tobacco have lasted me around 9-11 days. However that was when I was using my Halo Triton's, I just started using a VV/VW device with a bottom coil tank (info in my signature). Luckily I opened a brand new 30mL bottle when I started using the SVD/PT2, so as soon as the bottle is gone I will know how long it will last me when I am using my SVD (considering it's the only juice I use at the moment).
It's pretty easy to figure it out (if you use close to the same amount each day), just mark how much you put in the tank each refill for the day, then divide 30 by whatever amount you use per day. You do have to make sure and take into account how much was in the tank at each filling, so the easiest way is to always refill at a specific level. For instance with my Triton's I always refilled when the tank got to 0.8ml, and I always added 1.5mL, and I was refilling twice a day so 30mL÷3mL=10 days.
EDIT - Oh and just in case you order your e-juice online like I do, always make sure and order your next bottle well before you are out
