TBob - best of luck with that. I don't know whether you're a meat, eggs and cheese man, but if so try a low-carb diet for a bit. When I did so (dim & distant past) it solved problems with cholesterol, blood pressure and, of course - weight. I am now fat boy fat, but once I have properly adjusted to e-cigs (I do believe that I'm already there, but I'm allowing a little time just to luxuriate in my new freedom) I'll be back on Atkins to shed those unsightly pounds.
