How do you carry your ecig? Cover your drip tip?

5th new member post! I think...

Anyway ever since I started vaping about 2 weeks ago I've been wondering how everybody carries these things around. So what I've been doing is squeezing my evod vv 1000 mAh and mini PT3 into a ziploc bag and putting it in my pocket. I don't want my drip tip touching anything but my mouth or something clean. How do you guys do it??

This came up recently where a guy worked in construction, and it seemed to be an area ripe for innovation. There are little cartomizer caps you can get, but they won't cover all the drip tips. I believe the solution settled on for him was a sandwich bag & rubber band, and the solution for me was to never leave the house. If you're in the area I could use groceries.

I usually stick my stuff in my shirt pocket. This works fine with the istick/mini nautilus and with the mvp/510/cone setups. My vamo goes in an inside jacket pocket. I don't bother covering drip tips as I keep them upright.

I just carry mine around in my pocket or in my hand or in my cupholder close to my hand.. Never worried about my drip tip, lil dirt never hurt.

For carrying a tube mod I use a flashlight holder and for a box mod I use a cell phone case that will attach to my belt.
For the drip tip use a 'condom', Vape shops with juice bars use them to keep customers from swapping diseases.

I guess I'm a bit of a germaphobe but I don't want my drip tip touching anything inside my pocket or anything else besides my mouth like I said. I'm just surprised that there isn't much out there in terms of protective sleeves or slim cases and whatnot, especially with the ego style devices.

I looked around online and found some for regular size drip tips but they don't look like they would fit the little thing on the mini PT3.
What about cases? Does anyone carry their isticks or egos in those zipper cases?

Perhaps you should reconsider whatever crazy contaminants you carry about in your pockets. I'm no germaphobe (I want all those nasties hittin' me...get that immune system used to all kinda crazy stuff) but I do carry around alcohol swabs in my backpack (affectionately known as my purse by my smart-mouthed nieces). Something to consider.

The small condom things I'm sure are finger cots which can be found at most pharmacies for pretty cheap.

I carry mine in my purse which has perfect pockets along the inside which keeps my gear upright and away from the rest of the contents. They don't stay in there long, only when travelling to and from work for the most part.

Had not really thought about this. I normally keep my RDAs clear of pockets, but my provari lives there... I come from the rub some dirt on it school of thought though.

Those aren't them, but in googling them they could well be used to cover drip tips and I can think of lots of other uses. How have I never heard of finger cots before? If these things shrink small enough to stay on a drip tip, the next time this comes up I'm really looking forward to presenting these as my idea.

I really don't get this. Am I that weird? When I used to smoke I would carry my cigs in my pocket with my lighter around work all day because I patrol around a large building. Even if you're not at work and you're a guy and you're out at the mall or whatever walking around, you would just hold your ecig/ego/mod in your hand?? I don't get it.

I just throw my iSticks and ProVarii in my purse. I still believe that we need some germs to become immune to them. so I don't cover my driptips.

Back in my EGO days the front shirt was possible....


But a Nemesis topped by a Kayfun will drop out of the shirt pocket in a New York Minute and cause all kinds of mechanical mayhem.
