Hi I'm new here because someone recommended this page to me to help point me in the right direction and to give me advice and the correct information about how I can sell the disposible vapes I have online for cash. I would really appreciate any insight anyone can give me for I am new to this and do not know what steps I need to take in order for me to sell my items.

First, business discussions aren't permitted on ECF unless you are registered as a supplier. Second, you need to acquaint yourself not only with Federal laws regarding the shipment of prohibited items, but also your state's draconian rules as well. Now, I'm going to assume these are items you have on hand and purchased a few extra and aren't gearing up to set this up as a business. Correct?
