Hookah Pen not working

I am fairly new to hookah pens, and this is my first refill. I filled the tank about half way up untill the wick was full of juice. Then when I hit it, I got nothing, no vape at all. I tried recharging it but it didn't help. Also, I make my own wicks out of boiled cotton balls, and as far as I can see there is no difference. I really want to find out what's wrong, thank you

The contact pin inside your battery's connection is probably not making contact with the atomizer. See if you can pry it up a bit?

Idk what mine is called, but you can't disconnect the battery and the tank, only the atomizer

The contact pin inside your battery's connection is probably not making contact with the atomizer. See if you can pry it up a bit?

should the pin be just touching the inside of the thing that connects to the atomizer or should it be coming through the hole?

The pin of the battery should just be touching the pin of the atomizer. This type of connection problem usually occurs from over-tightening the tank onto the battery connector. Just make sure that if you use something conductive (metal) to pry up on the center pin that you do NOT hit the fire button while you are working on the battery. Or better yet, turn off the battery.
