This should have been posted in Negative reviews in the first place. They aren't allowed to reply to you out here, nor is there any guarantee they'll even see this. HHV is, as are most of the Forum Suppliers, very big on making things right, but they can't do it if they don't know about it.
Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you have to wait 7 days after something has happened to post there?

You might be right, I've never posted a negative review. :)

Still, if one is looking for resolution, one would make a negative review, or contact them via their website, or even in their vendor thread. Complaining here isn't going to accomplish much of anything.

HHV has risen to the top for a few good reasons... good product... good service and... US...
They strike me as the kind of company that... if they made an error... or if they failed to pack their product well enough to withstand postal handling... then I am certain they'll make good on it -

I would never post a negative review on a small business vendor before I contacted them... especially one that almost no one has ever complained about...

and I'm not even a fanboy ;-) just ordered once - and no plan to reorder

And by the way, I'm not saying he doesn't have the right to complain or to inform other vapers, I'm just suggesting a plan of action if he actually wants something done about it. Even if it wasn't bad enough to want a replacement, the vendor should still be made aware so they can take whatever steps they need to so it doesn't happen again.

Yes, and email should've been the first response, and a forum thread AFTER getting an answer or not from the vendor.

Most of the time, it's about waiting, and that's to be expected with many a vendor. Damage packages -- the vendor should know about it from the client.

And, of course, if ever in doubt, add some insurance to safeguard mishandling by the mail carrier.

I didn't think to leave a feedback in the HHV section, I didn't mean to make a big fuss over it because I'm not that upset over it. I was just a bit disappointed about the presentation and the fact that all the tobacco flavors taste the same with a chocolate overtone, I had to vent somewhere because I was so hyped about HHV for so long

OP is from another country, too. Should have added some insurance.

If I ordered from China, I would buy insurance -- too far away, too many chances for loss or damage via transit.

I don't believe they offered insurance, if I recall they had one available option for international shipping.

They probably need to steep for a week or so.

I think that all of the NETs from HHV that I have tried so far all had a chocolate smell to them in common straight out of the mailbox. However, even this changed quickly after leaving the caps and drippers off for 2 days, and continues to change as they steep for me. I will say that there are a few of them that share the same notes, but they also have their own notes that I think makes each juice its own even after just a week's steep.

First off, the only tobaccos I actually enjoy have been HHV NETs (Naturally Extracted Tobaccos).
Not everyone agrees with me, but as a former tobacco pipe smoker, I enjoy Legend after a two-month steeping. Yes, I said two months. And Shadow is/was my favorite tobacco e-juice. I put is/was in the previous sentance as NET liquids will be affected by seasonal tobacco yields (rainfall amounts, soil and weather conditions, etc). Shadow always tasted better to me after a month or so. others might disagree.
If you included any sweets/ bakery/ fruits in your HHV order, they should mature in a week or so. As an admitted Sweet Vape Lover there are several HHV sweet e-lquids that are top-shelf in my opinion; Blade, Atomic Grasshopper, Vanilla Dream just to name a few...

Starting to turn around a little bit on the juices.

The DD watermelon is finally a juice that tastes like actual watermelon. I ordered clearwater because Pbusardo recommended it but it was awful for me, too 'acidy' and my friends thought it was strawberry or candy. This stuff is legit.

Btw I'd say it tastes more like the seed of the watermelon mixed with the flesh near the rind, but still great, not sweet at all.

Adam's apple was a bit disappointing, too sweet for me

Teach them to step their game up or they will get exposed to the world.

That's fine if the point is being petty and vindictive, but if you want to address the problem you need to contact them and give them the opportunity to fix it. You'll search hard and long to find many negative HHV reviews. That statement reflects most of the forum suppliers. If a vendor screws up and doesn't attempt to correct the problem, THEN it's time to start raising a stink.

Yes it is (I went and checked), and the waiting period is so that after you (presumably) contact the vendor before you make the negative review, the vendor has time to respond.

I've ordered from HHV before... and have another one coming on Monday. I love their NET's and find the juice to be of high quality. They don't package it fancy like some do , but it's ejuice not truffles or kobe beef. I have Legend and Huntsman 30ml 24mg on the way and probably can't wait even two weeks for it to steep before I vape a little. My juice library is getting low of stuff I love to vape.

Send them a note via their website if you're bummed about your order. I've never had an issue so can't tell you anything more than that.

Oh ffs.. we're talking about some bottles leaking.. not juice laced with bleach.
It sucks that the OP's bottles leaked. He lives in australia.. maybe they leaked due to the plane's pressure. Maybe the packaging wasn't sufficient enough to accommodate for that. (Ohhh minimal vacuum seal on their bottles.. they should be exposed!)

I don't think the OP's intent was to malign HHV.. only to vent.. I'd probably do the same thing.

I have heard nothing but great things about HHV and plan on trying them..
