I do not see a currency box, just a language box. Post a screenshot of where it is please?

On the full website, select a product, head over to the price in dollars, drop down to under 'add to cart' and 'change currency'.
On the mobile device website (m.fastttech) find the 3 bar menu/settings (top right of screen?) and look at the bottom lower down than Forums, Help, Full site.
It's fiddly at times... :)

I genuinely think this is user error. Mods all read coils differently and there are machining differences. Also, some mods consistently read slightly high, or slightly low. I genuinely think there is NOTHING wrong with the coils OR mod, and I would likely contact Amazon and indicate it was user error, though if they're letting you keep a free mod that works, well, they are and it's not going to make a huge difference for them in the grand scheme of things.

If you were trying to run non-tc coils as TC (and that is a labeling issue) then they will burn out. If you are trying to vape at too high a wattage, they might burn out. I respectfully suggest using lower wattage as the lower the wattage, the less likely your coils are to burn. Was your "first" coil the coil that came preinstalled in the tank? If so, if you still have it you should check which coil it was, you may have been vaping something different without knowing it. (Or, you could look at the product specs page and see which coil it came with it).

You may have had a different coil, one that was slightly more tolerant of higher wattages, or you may have been new to vaping and not started noticing taste differences as much until your tastebuds came back completely.

I genuinely think there is not a problem here, other than perhaps user error. I could certainly be wrong, but priming your coils very thoroughly and staying at a reasonable wattage (that may even be below manufacturer specs for the coil, I do that all the time) will likely help your coil life.

Also, did you change juices? Some vape well with a particular coil, others don't and will taste "burnt" at lower wattage than other juices.

Just throwing some stuff out there... :) Good luck solving the problem.

Hi all,
So I recently switched from the old style stick batteries to Sub Ohm with the Kangertech topbox mini platinum edition!
And I bought some spare SSOCC coils from amazon. And they are meant to be 0.5ohm but on my display screen it shows 0.64ohm? And when I change the wattage on it to more than 25 watts I start to get the burning sensations.
Also when I try to use the SS setting on the mod it also does the burning sensation and taste.
This is with the replacement coils too. The coil That was inside the tank when I got it a month ago that coil lasted me like 2 weeks. And the 3 other of the new ones I bought seem to be faulty with the above issues as I said.
The coil that was in the tank when I first used it was fine on the SS setting and the wattage setting. And it always displayed 0.51ohm with that one. No idea why it says they are more ohm that what the SSOCC coils should be. It clearly states on the box and on the coil it is 0.5ohm but obviously my mod is saying they are 0.51-0.64ohms?
So any advice would be great?
I als tried googling my issue but couldn't find anything related to it.
Could my mod be faulty? or my display on my mod be faulty?
Thanks in advance
Welcome and glad you joined.
Might try non sub ohm coils: 1.2, 1.5 Ohms.

Thanks for your insight. But let me put some of your speculations to bed. I have been vaping for 5 years. I was on the old stick batteries before. Only the last month I switched to sub ohm. So I am not new to vaping what so ever, far from it.

As for the first coil I was talking about, yes the first coil as I stated in previous posts was one that was a proper SS coil that was already in the tank, and that lasted me 2 weeks before it died. And I was able to use that coil on both the SS setting and the wattage setting without any problems.

But yes I do now also think it was partially my stupid fault for not understanding I bought the wrong coils because I didn't know they had to have SS on the bottom of the box. But at least I know now going forward. I wont contact amazon again because the refund money will be a big help for me anyway. Not that I am a dishonest person. But by the off chance the mod is still faulty I still feel I had a right for the refund just in case when I do buy the new proper SS coils which I will in the next week or 2, that they will work in the SS setting and wattage mode at higher wattages. Otherwise if they dont then that would then indicate the mod itself is a bit faulty.

So until I get the proper SS coils I wont know for sure.

And as for my juice, I have been using the pink mule purple label base liquid. I always have used pink mule website to buy my juice from. When I was on the old stick batteries I was on the VPG Plus base. But pink mule stopped selling that about 7 months ago. So I had to switch to their own bases they make. The purple juice is 70% vg - 30% pg.
