i have just been advised on the uk forum to get one of these EGO 650mA, CE4 atomiser, what do you guys think to that? good starter

ok so like you I smoked amber leaf with menthol tips.. about 20-23 a day.. I have tried most ecigs, you name it I had it lol I settled on my ego t tank. Leak free good taste ...I also have an ego variable volt but mate trust me just start with an ego tank their £19 with free juice basically for 20 quid your good to go. I have had the ce4 clearomizers which are ok but leak also the cartomizers also normal ecigs. Blah blah but tanks are great mate!! I have my supply woman who can post out to you! Anyway I say ego t tank!! 1.8 mg juice is perfect for u buddy.... I smoked amber leaf about 20-23 a day... I would not go higher than 18mg or 1.8 ..ego tank with free juice is £19-25 ;-)

If she does not have 18mg juce (1.8) get 16 mg (1.6) but she always has had 1.8

Ive been a smoker for years and recently kicked in the habbit.. I used to smoke roll ups so when i first started i wanted Golden virginia or cutters choice. I get my liquid from bestcigliquid.com. I have changed onto b&h at the mo..

since i made this post and buying the ego t, i have used only quater of bottle of liquid and still not touched 1 ciggy not 1 and if anythink i need to lower my dose from 16 to 12mg as i get headrush lol im really enjoying it and so good not smoking the real thing, i havnt even thaught about having the real thing tbh

Congratulations!! You did it.
I say if you feel you need to lower your nic then do it.
The whole idea of vaping is to stop smoking and then lower your nic intake until you are vaping 0 nic and no longer have an addiction to nicotine.
