I got my PCC today and can confirm it works with the short manual batteries. The hole is just wide enough that it doesn't click the switch, if it does click it, you hear a distinct clicking sound, which you can test by wiggling the battery around in there. Solidly built, although the flip top seems slightly strange. It's indicator light is really nice to know when my battery is fully charged. I'm color blind, and I don't know if it's just me, but with the plug in chargers, the light always looks green. With this, the third light turns a bright, screaming green when the pcc is charged, and the first light is red when a battery is not charged, and the light turns off once the battery is fully charged. It's wonderful!

I made a very easy mod for the newer PCC with the manual batteries. I can't vouch for everyone, but my PCC does have the groove at 7 o clock. The manual batteries slide in nice but the problem I had was length. When I closed the case it didn't push the batteries down far enough in to charge. What I did was take a pool cue tip, trim it down to the needed length and gorilla glued it to the door where it meets the battery.

I haven't read of anyone else having this problem so maybe I just got a unit that was a touch off. However, if anyone does have this problem a cue tip works great. I shaved it down to about 1/4 inch (1.2cm).

Sorry for this question but the PCC only charges 1 battery at a time ?

yes mate, thats correct.

but really, you only need one battery if you have the PCC. every time you finish vaping, store it in the PCC and next time you use it you have a full battery again!

cheers,

scott

Cheers Scott,

The problem is that I noticed that I`ve started vaping a lot recently and I mean almost all the time . So I really hope that 1 charging slot would be enough...

I purchased the 510s to be able to go clubbing with them (see the signature) - still waiting actually.

I have not purchased a PCC yet as David Yang did not have them yet but might purchase one with your discount code :D

I was looking around for a good deal on those PCCs

I just ordered my 510. Surf Monkey, your review was instrumental in helping me decide. I also just ordered the PPC. This is great info since I had a lot of questions. All answered between this and Surf Monkey's review. I've learned a great deal from watching Igetcha reviews. Thanks!

no worries mate........im sure you will love it! :)

cheers,

scott

I like. really like, my Titan but both lights do not come on when charging. I don't know what exactly that means.. Sometimes if I hold the lid a certain way I can get both on . Basically I have to charge the case and then charge the battery. .. So my question is this .. Is there another way of charging? Maybe I am confused, but I don't think I received a charger with it .. just the case .. What kind of charger can I use ?? Anyone in the USA sell one?

hi mate,

the charger is the USB cable that came with the PCC. plug one end into your PCC and the other into a female USB port.

for a detailed explanation of the lights and charging watch the "Joye 510 introduction" video i made for this site:-

JOYE 510 PCC VIDEO

the PCC part is about half way thru the vid.

(i dont mention it in the vid but the middle light only activates when the 510 battery is being charged at the same time the PCC battery is being charged.)

cheers,

scott

I had a battery with no charge and the case had no charge either. When I inserted the battery only one light comes on .. basically the top light never comes on like it did when I first got it so I don't know if it is charging or when it is finished.

What I was actually asking was does the Titan have another charger other than the box case ..
