Hey guys wondering if anyone else with a new version hex ohm can shine some light on this topic. So I just got this mod 2 weeks ago maybe, and every time I take a set of batteries out to charge it catches on the battery sled and messed up the wrap around the positive contact. It's not fully ripping them but it's warping them like crazy, every time I take them out there's a chance of ruining my batteries. It's happened to my pair of fresh Sony vct4 and just now messed up a pair of Samsung 25r...

Do you think it would be worthwhile to send it back for a new sled? Or will it be the same as this one haha? If it will eventually wear in I guess I can just re wrap these batteries.
On the facebook group one of the craving guys mentioned that you should push down on the negative (i think) before pulling the positive to avoid it. I don't think its considered a defect. And as @dbrandt01 mentioned it will ease off over time.
My sigelei 150 did that to a couple of lg he2s never had the problem before or with other batts. Annoying fir sure.
