hi I recently purchased a hexohm v2.1, since there is no screen I was wondering if im using a tank at .3 ohms, where do I set the potentiometer, and also if im using an rda at .3
Using Ohm's law, with a typical unregulated mod, fully charged voltage of 4.2V... a good place to start would be 59 watts.
The wire gauge you use, along with the number of coils in parallel will have an effect on vape temperature and vape time-to-temperature... so you'll want to use 59 watts as a baseline only, and fine tune to taste, up or down from there.
I use my hexohm to taste. I rarely even look at where my potentiometer is. Start low, vape, turn it up or down if you need to. Vape, and keep trying. Once you found the range you like, you'll never have to adjust it.
Hex Ohm is a great mod to many people for many reasons. While a screen may be esential to you, I LIKE the fact that the Hex doesnt have it. I respect you Bad, just all personal prefrence you know. I cant tell you why HE would but one of the reasons for ME is simplicity.
The only thing I've be careful of put your thumb on the battery sled when taking batteries out. I ended up popping my battery sled loose. Customer service said I could just super glue it and warranty wouldn't be voided so it was an easy fix. I like no screen, less to break in a mod.
