Help with nickel coil build

I need help with a nickel coil build I am using the rba that is with my kanger subtank mini and a istick 40w with temperature control and 26 gauge nickel wire was wanting to know how many wraps do I need to get the temperature control to work I can only get like 0.5 I tried making 2 now

you have ni200 wire?
what ohms are you shooting for?

I don't understand your problem. A .5ohm coil should work just fine.

The istick 40W TC mod works with temperature control builds between 0.05ohm and 1ohm.

I'm looking for about 1.5 I thought the temperature control would not work as low as 0.5 yes I have ni200 wire I have made kanthal coils no problem this tc think is new to me

For nickel builds you need to go low ohms.

2.5mm 26g nickel single coil is 12 wraps for 0.1Ω.
istick 40 watt temp says temp resistance range 0.05 - 0.1Ω,
So check on the steam site for builds.

I think people make 0.1 to 0.3 ohm coils with nickel.

Can't figure out it says like 139 wraps lol

Seems issue is TC needs to be below .1 ohm.
