I have several mixes that my friend likes but he has a sensitivity to the PG in my mixes. I'm going to mix a few all VG mixes for him but, I've read that all VG mixes mute the flavor so my question is how much should I bump up the flavor percentage? My current VG/PG mixes are at 50/50 with 2-3 percent flavoring.

4 -5% and you may need to add water to thin it depending on the vg percentage If let say 80% try 1 - 2% water or it will be to thick to wick properly and you will get dry hits or poor vaper. I will be experimenting myself this weekend with high VG so I'll be able to better advise later. Also a small hint would be to warm up the VG after you add flavor in lets say a coffee cup with hot but not scolding tap water then shake the heck out of it. That will thin the vg and will make the flavors blend better. Then steep as you normally would

It depends on the atty your using. You need to concider how much flavor your using but the norm on water varies but I've never seen more then 4% water. It's best to start low with water and work up. If you add to much water there's no going back. SO start at 1 - 2% water test the mix then add more if needed in 1% increments. Are your flavors also VG if not then there PG or alcohol and that will contribuite thining to the mix. I could be wrong on the amount of water but it's better to err on the side of caution and use less. Maybe someone with more experience with high VG will chime in here.

When I was mixing 80% VG I upped the flavorings by 1 - 2 %.
Oh yeah, you'll need 5-10% water.

let the testing begin.....I'll be mixing up a couple batches later tonight with varying percentages. But with a 2-3 week steep on my tobacco flavors it may be a while until I know the final results.

You can try them right away. If they taste good right off the bat then vape it. If not it will taste better as time goes by.

We've always diluted our VG by 20% (9% distilled water; 9% sterile saline solution (.9%) and 2% pure grain alcohol...before adding flavors. We've done it with/out the alcohol. We've vaped it with and without flavors in cartos, clearos, eVods, Protanks, Davide Glassomizers, Cisco 306 atties; LR 306 atties (from ECX) and occasionally a RBA. It's always worked just fine n' dandy.

We've read that MBV dilutes all their 100% VG juices by 30% (but don't if it's true).

So, "starting low" to us would be 5-10% - but of course -typical disclaimer-, your mileage may vary :)
