help me convert my nic from analog to ecig

Hi,
I smoke 1/2-3/4 packs of marlboro lights per day. I've read that each cig has .8 mg nicotine. So lets say 1/2 pack = 10 cigs x .8 = 8 mg /day.

If i want to mix my own eliquids with a combination of pg and flavorings, how much should i use of each and how many times would i have to "vape" per day to get the right nic content? So confused

If I use PG with nicotine 50%, vg plain 40% and 10% Lorann flavoring, for example? Can you help me calculate this?

SHoudl i get 12 mg nic juice and cut it half? Thanks!

there is a great spreadsheet formula by Jaaxx that you should search for on this forum. it will help you with percentages of your mixes to match the nicotine level you want.

Hi Nico, My advise would be for you to get some ready to vape juices in 12mg,18mg,and 24mg and find out what works best for you. If the 18 and 24 are too much you can cut them down later. You need to first find out if you can even use PG juice, some have a reaction to it and have to use VG.
While you are doing this you can go to the DIY liquid section and read up and learn all about mixing and ratios, flavors and nicotine content as well as some great combination to try. Lots of info on where to get flavors to.

I smoked about 5 Camel Lights per day, and I started with 12mg juice
I have since cut it to 6mg not because I needed to, but because I wanted to on my way to 0mg juice.

But I did like the 12mg juice better.

Any calculations you make, you also should know that one study in New Zealand has shown that we absorb only about 1/10th the amount of nicotine from electronic cigarettes as we do from regular cigarettes.
